Mattresses & Foundations
Mattresses & foundations ship in 10-12 working days (excludes major holidays) via FedEx or UPS with curbside delivery. Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 5-7 working days.
Accessories
Accessories (such as sheets, pillows, and protectors) usually ship via FedEx or UPS and will arrive within 15 days. Accessories ship separately from your mattresses and/or adjustable beds.

How long will it be before I receive my order?
Mattresses & foundations ship in 10-12 working days (excludes major holidays) via FedEx or UPS with curbside delivery. Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 5-7 working days.
Accessories are shipped via FedEx or UPS. They arrive in approximately 1-2 weeks.
How do I track the status of my order?

Will my order arrive all at once or in separate packages or shipments?
Typically, an order will arrive in 2-3 shipments with accessories being the first to arrive followed by mattresses and finally adjustable beds. Mattresses and foundations are shipped and usually arrive at the same time.
I placed my order with standard delivery, but I need it sooner!

Will I have to sign for my packages?
Accessories, mattresses, and foundations typically do not require a signature for delivery.
